Ayam Berkuah

Bahan :

  • 1 buah bawang bombay, diiris bulat tipis
  • 3 siung bawang putih, dicincang halus
  • 2 cm jahe, dimemarkan
  • 6 potong paha ayam
  • 10 gr jamur kuping, dipotong-potong
  • 20 gr sedap malam, direndam lalu diikat
  • 1.300 ml air
  • 4 sdt garam
  • 1 1/4 sdt merica bubuk
  • 2 sdm minyak untuk menumis

Cara Membuat :

  1. Tumis bawang bombay, bawang putih sampai harum. Tambahkan jahe.
  2. Masukkan ayam, jamur kuping, dan sedap malam. Aduk sampai ayam berubah warna.
  3. Tuang air, garam, dan merica.
  4. Masak dengan api kecil sampai bumbu meresap dan ayam matang.

Fusilli Ayam Krim Saus / Fusilli with Chicken Cream Sauce

Resep Dapur La Fonte :

Bahan :

  • 500 gr fusilli La Fonte
  • 350 gr ayam tanpa tulang, potong dadu
  • 150 gr paprika merah, potong persegi
  • 2 sdm daun basil, iris
  • 60 gr margarin
  • 2 siung bawang putih, memarkan
  • 500 ml krim
  • 30 gr daun peterseli cincang
  • 1 sdt oregano
  • 1 sdt garam

Cara Memasak :

  1. Rebus fusilli dengan 5 liter air mendidih, tambahkan garam sesuai selera. Aduk sesekali dan masak 8 - 10 menit, tiriskan.
  2. Panaskan margarin, masak ayam dan bawang putih dengan api panas.
  3. Tambahkan paprika, basil, oregano, dan krim, didihkan.
  4. Tambahkan garam dan peterseli, masak dalam api kecil sampai mengental.
  5. Masukkan fusilli, aduk sampai tercampur rata, hidangkan selagi hangat.

La Fonte Kitchen Recipe :

Ingredients :

  • 500 g fusilli La Fonte
  • 350 g  chicken fillet - cut into cubes
  • 150 g red paprika - cut into cubes
  • 2 tbs slice fresh basil
  • 60 g butter
  • 2 cloves garlic crush
  • 500 ml cream
  • 30 g chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp salt

Cooking Method :

  1. Cook fusilli as directed on package
  2. Heat butter, cook chicken and garlic over medium heat.
  3. Add red paprika, basil, oregano and cream, bring to the boil.
  4. Season with salt, add chopped parsley, simmer gently until thickened.
  5. Toss fusilli with the sauce, stir well, serve immediately.
